Hallo zusammen,
draußen ist es immer noch grau, dafür wird es heute wieder bunt. Mir ist es schon eine ganze Weile auf die Nerven gegangen, dass meine tollen Garne und Projekte bis zu ihrer Fertigstellung ein wirklich tristes Dasein in Plastiktüten fristen müssen. Ganz zu schweigen davon, wenn man wie ich meist mehrere Handarbeiten am Wickel hat und dann erst mal suchen muss, wo man denn schon wieder die eine oder andere Tüte hinverräumt hat… Na ja, jedenfalls habe ich beschlossen, sowohl den garstigen Plastiktüten als auch der Sucherei ein Ende zu bereiten und habe aus den unterschiedlichsten Wollresten einen UFO-Beutel gehäkelt.
Hier können meine UFO’s (also unfertigen Objekte) bequem auf ihre Fertigstellung warten und es ist auch noch genügen Platz für den Beutel mit dem Handarbeitszubehör…
Für alle, die wie ich keine Lust mehr auf Plastiktüten haben, habe ich hier eine Anleitung geschrieben.
I created this bag to have a place where I can store all my ufo’s. Making the bag was great fun and was really fast because I used two or three threads together. The whole project is worked in dc, except three rows for the cord.
For the bottom I made a flat round, working ten rounds in dc. Then you work up to the prefered hight, also doing dc. A great english tutorial for doing the bottom and changing colours (using US crochet terms) you can find here: http://attic24.typepad.com/weblog/crochet-bag.html
If you have reached the hight where you want to work the holes for the cord, crochet one row in sc. In the following row you work ’ 5 sc an two ch ‘. Repeat from ’ to ’ until the end of the row is reached. Do a third row in sc. Work three more rows in dc an end the bag with a sc row.
